IT projects

Projects with a closed scope, named owners and completion criteria

Migrations, rollouts and restructuring run with a defined beginning, middle and end — with or without an ongoing contract.

01

Projects CGT runs

The work is sized during the assessment, with deliverables and owners recorded before anything starts.

  • Microsoft 365 migration and rollout
  • Restructuring of users, groups and permissions
  • Device and security policy rollout
  • Backup design and restore verification
  • SharePoint, OneDrive and collaboration structure
  • Documentation and inventory of undocumented environments
02

How a project runs

Survey of the current environment, scope design with explicit assumptions and risks, execution in agreed windows, and closure with documentation delivered. We do not start execution without a scope accepted in writing.

03

Standalone project or entry point

You can contract the project alone. If keeping the operation with CGT makes sense afterwards, the ongoing model — managed or co-managed — is defined in a separate proposal, with no obligation.

No. Projects can be contracted on their own.
