Co-managed IT

Your IT team stays in charge — reinforced where it needs to be

CGT complements the internal team with capacity, expertise and process. Nobody is replaced: roles are agreed in writing before we start.

01

When co-managed IT is the answer

The internal team knows the business but cannot cover everything: holidays and ticket peaks, a project that stalls the routine, a specific cloud or security specialism, or documentation that never gets finished. That is exactly where CGT steps in.

02

Split responsibilities with no grey zones

Before operating, we record who does what. That avoids the classic problem of two teams looking after the same environment.

  • Responsibility matrix by area and system
  • Escalation flow agreed with the internal team
  • Shared access and documentation
  • Periodic reviews of what is working
03

Capacity that follows the company

Scope can grow during a migration and return to its usual level afterwards. The review is made with the internal team, not imposed by a fixed package.

04

The same operating base as managed IT

Automated 24/7 monitoring of included systems, human support Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (São Paulo time), in English, Spanish and Portuguese, and the whole operation documented.

Frequently asked questions

Did not find your question? Talk on WhatsApp.

Does my team lose autonomy?

No. In the co-managed model, decisions stay with the internal team. CGT executes and advises within the agreed scope.

Can I move to managed IT later?

Yes. The model is reviewed whenever the operation changes — in either direction.
